Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account and make a purchase. If you are using Ai Fun Studio for a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf, and "you" means both you and that organisation.

Ai Fun Studio is a browser-based studio for generating and editing visual content. The service currently includes text-to-image generation, AI image editing from your own uploads, text-to-video and image-to-video generation, upscaling, and resizing across a range of aspect ratios.

Features, models, limits, and output quality may change as we improve the service or as our underlying providers change. We may add, modify, suspend, or withdraw features, and we may restrict access temporarily for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

Keep your login details private and do not share your account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@aifunstudio.com if you believe someone else has gained access to it.

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Deleting your account removes your generated images and videos, and this cannot be undone.

• Generating content consumes credits from your balance. The number of credits depends on what you create: image generations are charged per image, and video generations are charged by length and resolution, so longer or higher-resolution videos cost more.
• New accounts receive a number of free starter credits so you can try the service. Free credits are granted once per person and may not be claimed again by deleting and recreating an account.
• Credits are reserved when a generation starts. If a generation fails, the reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• A generation that completes has been delivered, even if the result is not what you hoped for. AI output is probabilistic and we cannot guarantee a specific result from a specific prompt.

Paid plans and credit packs are sold and processed through Whop, our payment provider. You complete payment on a checkout page hosted by Whop, and Whop issues your receipt. Depending on your bank, the charge may appear on your statement under Whop.

• The price, billing period, and what is included are shown before you confirm a purchase. By completing checkout you authorise that charge.
• Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time through Whop or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not end the current period, and you keep access until that period finishes.
• We may change prices. Changes apply to future billing periods, never retroactively to a payment already taken.
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase where these are not collected at checkout.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

You keep ownership of the prompts and files you submit. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, and that using it with our service does not infringe anyone else's rights.

You grant us the limited permission we need to host, process, and transmit your content in order to run the service you asked for, including sending it to the AI providers that perform the generation. This permission exists only to operate the service and ends when you delete the content or your account.

Your use of the service must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break it.

As between you and Ai Fun Studio, the images and videos you generate are yours to use, including commercially, provided you obtained them in line with these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Two things you should understand about AI output. First, similar prompts can produce similar results for different users, so we cannot promise your output is unique or that you hold exclusive rights in it. Second, AI output may unintentionally resemble existing works, people, or trademarks. You are responsible for reviewing what you generate and for clearing any rights needed before you publish or advertise with it. Some jurisdictions limit copyright protection for material produced by AI.

We work to keep Ai Fun Studio available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Generation depends on third-party AI providers, and their outages, queue times, or model changes can affect results and processing times. Where a generation fails, your credits are returned.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, is used fraudulently, or creates legal risk for us or other users. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put things right. If we close your account for a serious breach, unused credits may be forfeited.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

You agree to cover the losses, damages, and reasonable costs we incur from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will revise the date at the top and, where the change is significant, give you notice. Continuing to use Ai Fun Studio after an update means you accept the revised terms.
