Privacy Policy

• Account details: your email address, a securely hashed password, and a display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email, name, and profile picture from Google instead of a password.
• Verification codes: one-time codes sent by email to confirm your address or reset your password. These are stored only until they are used or expire.
• Prompts and uploads: the text prompts you write and any images or videos you upload as references for generation or editing.
• Support messages: the name, email address, and message you send through our contact form or by email.

• Generated content: the images and videos you produce, stored with the prompt and settings used to create them, so they appear in your dashboard.
• Credit and usage records: how many credits a generation consumed and your remaining balance.
• Payment records: the plan purchased, amount, currency, status, and the payment identifiers returned by our payment provider.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and error logs used to keep the service secure and working.

We never receive or store your full card number, expiry date, or security code. Card details are entered on a checkout page hosted by our payment provider and never reach our servers.

• To create your account, sign you in, and keep it secure.
• To run the generations you request and show the results in your dashboard.
• To apply credits, process purchases, and keep an accurate billing history.
• To send service messages such as verification codes, password resets, and important changes to the service.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and activity that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy.
• To diagnose faults, improve reliability, and understand which features are useful.
• To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your prompts, uploads, or generated content to train AI models.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Whop. When you start a checkout, we create a checkout session with Whop containing your account identifier and the plan you selected, so the payment can be matched back to your account and your credits released.

Whop collects and processes the payment details you enter, and handles billing, receipts, renewals, and cancellations. Their handling of that data is governed by Whop's own privacy policy. Depending on your bank, the charge may appear on your statement under Whop rather than Ai Fun Studio.

We store only what we need to service your purchase: the plan, the credits granted, the amount and currency, the payment status, and Whop's reference identifiers.

We share data only with providers that help us run the service, and only as far as each needs:

• Payment provider (Whop): processes checkout, subscriptions, refunds, and billing events.
• AI model providers: receive your prompt and any reference files in order to generate the requested image or video.
• Media hosting: stores the images and videos you generate so they can be shown and downloaded from your dashboard.
• Email provider: delivers verification codes, password resets, and support replies.
• Hosting and infrastructure: runs the website, application, and database.
• Professional advisers and authorities: where we are legally required to disclose information, or to establish or defend legal claims.

• Account data: kept while your account is open.
• Generated images and videos: kept until you delete them or delete your account.
• Verification codes: kept only until used or expired.
• Payment records: kept as long as required for tax, accounting, and dispute resolution, even after an account is closed.

When you delete your account, we remove your profile and delete your generated images and videos, including the copies held by our media host. We keep a record of the email address that held the account so that the free starter credits given to new accounts cannot be claimed repeatedly.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can update your name and email, and delete your account and its content, from your dashboard settings at any time.

To make any other request, email support@aifunstudio.com from the address on your account. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act. If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Access to the dashboard requires a signed authentication token, and traffic to the site is encrypted in transit. No service can promise perfect security, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us at support@aifunstudio.com if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

Our providers may process and store data in countries other than the one you live in. Where data leaves your region, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect it.

Ai Fun Studio is not intended for children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account and make a purchase. If we learn that we hold data belonging to a child, we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the service develops. We will revise the date at the top and, where the change is significant, tell you directly. Continuing to use Ai Fun Studio after an update means you accept the revised policy.
