Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: September 17, 2026

Ai Fun Studio generates realistic images and video, and that carries real responsibility. This policy sets out what you may and may not create here. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to prompts, uploads, generated output, and anything you publish from the service.

1. What you may do

  • Create images and video for personal, professional, and commercial projects, including marketing, social content, storefronts, and pitches.
  • Explore concepts, test prompts, and build creative workflows.
  • Edit and upscale images you own or have permission to use.
  • Use the output in advertising, provided it is not misleading and follows the rules below.

2. Content that is never permitted

  • Sexual content involving minors, or any depiction that sexualises a child. This is reported to the authorities and results in immediate, permanent account closure.
  • Non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery of a real person, including nudify-style edits and sexual deepfakes.
  • Content that promotes, plans, or instructs terrorism, violent extremism, or serious violence.
  • Content that incites hatred, harassment, or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
  • Instructions or depictions that facilitate serious crime, including weapons manufacture and the production of illegal drugs.
  • Graphic depictions of real violence or cruelty created to shock, glorify harm, or abuse a real person or animal.
  • Content that exploits, endangers, or sexualises anyone under 18, including stylised or cartoon depictions.

3. Real people and likeness

Do not create or edit imagery of a real, identifiable person without their permission, and never in a way that is sexual, defamatory, or likely to deceive. Do not generate content that places a public figure in a fabricated situation and presents it as real, or that appears to show someone saying or doing something they did not.

Satire and commentary are legitimate uses, but they must be clearly recognisable as such and must comply with local law on likeness, publicity, and defamation. If you publish realistic synthetic media of a person, label it as AI-generated.

4. Deception and impersonation

  • Do not impersonate a person, brand, or organisation, or claim an affiliation you do not have.
  • Do not generate fake identity documents, certificates, receipts, invoices, or official records.
  • Do not produce fabricated news, fake evidence, or synthetic reviews and testimonials presented as genuine.
  • Do not create material for scams, phishing, fraudulent stores, or investment and crypto schemes.
  • Do not generate election content that misrepresents candidates, results, or voting procedures.

5. Other people’s rights

Only upload material you own or have permission to use. Do not deliberately reproduce copyrighted characters, artwork, logos, or trade dress in a way that infringes the rights holder, and do not use the service to imitate a living artist's style in order to pass work off as theirs.

You are responsible for clearing the rights needed before you publish. If you believe content made here infringes your rights, contact support@aifunstudio.com with details and we will review it.

6. Platform integrity

  • Do not attempt to bypass safety filters, content restrictions, or credit limits.
  • Do not scrape, resell, or provide automated access to the service without our written permission.
  • Do not probe, overload, or disrupt our systems or those of our providers.
  • Do not create multiple accounts to claim free starter credits more than once.
  • Do not share your account, or resell access to it.

7. Your responsibility for what you publish

You decide what leaves the studio. Review your output before you use it, check it does not infringe anyone's rights, and follow the rules of the platform you publish to, including its disclosure requirements for synthetic media. Where a law requires AI-generated content to be labelled, labelling it is your responsibility.

8. How we enforce this policy

We investigate reports and act in proportion to the seriousness of the breach. Depending on what we find, we may remove content, restrict a feature, suspend or permanently close the account, and refuse future signups. For content that endangers a child or signals imminent harm, we act immediately and report it to the relevant authorities.

Accounts closed for a serious breach may forfeit unused credits, as set out in our Refund Policy. If you believe we acted in error, reply to our email and a second person will review the decision.

9. Reporting misuse

To report content or behaviour that breaks this policy, email support@aifunstudio.com with what you saw, when, and any links or references. Reports involving a child's safety are prioritised above everything else.

10. Changes to this policy

Generative technology and the law around it are both moving quickly. We will update this policy as needed and revise the date at the top.
